Thank you so much for a wonderful day!  The food was fantastic and the company equally as good.  The kids had a great day and are so excited to have a dinner party when we return home to show off their new culinary talents.  We hope we can return one day in the future to try out some other dishes.

We had an amazing afternoon cooking with Luisa.  We wanted an activity that we could all do and we weren't disappointed.  Pasta making was fun and everyone enjoyed stuffing the zuccini flowers.  Luisa made us feel extremely welcome and we all sat and ate outside in the lovely courtyard to enjoy the results of our hard work.

Buon giorno, Luisa!  My son Frank and I spent our morning making a giant batch of your zucchini flowers.
He chose to bring them into work for International Day so your delicious recipe will be enjoyed by a Federal Court Judge and his clerks and interns at lunch today.  Frank was so proud to have something so special to represent his heritage to his friends.

Thanks so much for the wonderful time at your B&B. The cooking was fun, the food was wonderful, and everything was perfect. We felt right at home with Luisa and would recommend this experience to anyone interested in cooking and having a good time. We made delicious pasta, scrumptious sauces, fantastic veggies and an out of this world strawberry tiramisu. The vineyard tour and wine tasting was great fun as was the trip to a small, picturesque mountain town. We hope the next time Luisa is in the States, she will have a cooking class here too.

I have been wanting to write and thank you for the wonderful cooking class that my family did with you on January 3, 2013.  We loved every minute of it learning to cook the delicious cheese flan, mushroom risotto and the outstanding ricotta and goat cheese ravioli.  Now that we are home in Australia I cant wait for my boys to cook me a special Italian dinner.  I look forward to them making a mess in the kitchen with flour to produce such beautiful and delicious home made ravioli and pasta.

Our evening cooking with you was really was a highlight of our Italian vacation!  We left your home very happy and so full that we could not eat another thing.

Thank you for your generosity, warmth and wonderful hospitality.  We look forward to one day coming back to Italy and learning some more of your wonderful recipes.

I hope you are well. This is just to say thank you very  much for having a lesson last friday. I enjoyed very much there and had wonderful time in Verona. All my friends who saw the pictures of the lesson are really interested in attending it! I told them about you and also gave the address :).  I hope I can have another lesson again in the future. really appreciated! have great summer!!
