Cooking classes are organized for the making of 3-4 courses, each one representing a piece of Italian culture. An array of menus is offered and regional Italian is also possible. Home-made pasta from scratch is the highlight of our cookery classes since participants enjoy it so much.

We also give special attention to the making of “risotto”, native of the area and strongly rooted in the Veneto region; it can be made with a variety of ingredients, from sausage to Porcini mushrooms, from strawberries to pears and gorgonzola.

A typical class can last from 4 to 5 hours, including sitting and tasting the dishes prepared. Our famous D.O.C.’s Custoza, Bardolino, Valpolicella, Amarone and Soave can greatly match to the dishes prepared. A selected list of wines is available upon requests.
