Half-day cooking

    

 

Do you happen to be in Verona for a short stop?
Treat yourself to a wonderful experience and learn the cuisine of the area, come and cook with Luisa in her countryside home, enjoy her authentic dishes and  warmth 

Cooking classes are held in the kitchen of my house outside Verona, 1 km. from the airport and 8 kilometers from the centre of town.

Cooking classes are about 3 hours long and include the preparation and the presentation of  an antipasto,  home-made pasta or risotto, a main course and a dessert.

The surrounding hills of Verona produce excellent wine; a wine list counting Valpolicella, Amarone, Lugana, Durello, Recioto can be selected for the matching of the dishes prepared

Classes are held throughout the year mornings and afternoons
